2025 Lifetime Achievement Award

1. Must have worked in the histology field for at least 25 years.

2. Must be a resident of North Carolina.

3. Must be an ASCP certified HT or HTL or eligible for these certifications. Proof of eligibility may be required.

4. Must be an active member of NCSH for at least 2 years prior to nomination.

5. Promotes the profession of histotechnology.

6. Participates or has participated in the state histology society.

7. Members who meet the criteria cannot be involved in sales directly or indirectly.

8. A brief paragraph must accompany the ballot as to why you feel the candidate is deserving of the award.
